If you’ve recently been through a relationship break up, you might be tempted to try using jealousy to get your ex back again. Creating jealousy in your ex’s mind can be a very powerful motivating factor to get them to come back to you, and make them interested in dating you again. However, using the jealousy factor can be dangerous, and you need to be careful how you do it. Whatever you do, you have to make sure they don’t realize you are trying to make them jealous. If you can make them envious of the fact that you’ve moved on with your life, and aren’t suffering emotionally over the break up, you have a good chance of making them jealous, and make them want to come back. Method #1 – Get over them quickly

If your partner breaks up with you, they will likely be expecting certain reactions, such as seeing you depressed and upset, expect you to try to get them back. If you appear to be able to quickly get over the break up, and make it appear that you’ve moved on, your ex will be surprised. Once they realize you are not trying to chase after them, your ex will start to think that perhaps you weren’t all that attracted to them, and don’t need them as much as they thought you did. These sorts of thoughts will rattle their self-confidence, while making it appear that you have all the self-confidence in the world.

Method #2 – Exude positive energy

Maintaining a positive external appearance is very important, if you are trying to get your ex back. Make every effort to keep moving forward, without spending time appearing to mourn the relationship. By radiating confidence and positive energy, good things will just naturally happen to you. You’ll find that by staying active, you are providing yourself with new opportunities and be more driven to succeed in everything you do. This outward appearance of self-confidence will do a lot to renew your ex’s interest in you.

Method #3 – Look and feel great

After a break up, you should be getting out and doing things that make you look and feel better. This can include getting plenty of exercise and working at getting fit, as well as possibly getting a new hairstyle or some new clothes. Anything that makes you look and feel great is helpful. All this activity will reduce your level of stress, and give you less time to think about your ex. As a result of these activities, you’ll look and feel great, and appear more attractive not only to your ex, but also to everybody else around you. Your ex might become jealous that you look better than you did when the two of you were together.

Method #4 – Start to date other people

Starting to date other people is generally an almost fool-proof way to instill jealousy in your ex, even if they were the one to end the relationship. When they see you with somebody else, they will become jealous of the fact that you have a new relationship. If they haven’t started dating again yet, this will make things even worse for them, since it will make them quite jealous to see you dating, while they are still sitting home alone.

Remember to use caution when attempting to use jealousy to get your ex back. You do not want to do things such as date somebody else for the sole purpose of making your ex jealous, and you don’t want to use or hurt anybody else in the process. But, getting out and starting to date, as well as doing things to make yourself look and feel better, are natural things that are good for you after a break up. And, by doing these things, you’ll be showing your ex the side of you that they were attracted to in the first place. You’ll also be stirring up the emotions they have been trying to hide since the break up. Getting out and dating again can be not only good for you, but a powerful tool when it comes to getting your ex back.
